Yesterday, April 13, 2023, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced their Generative AI technology incorporation. This is AWS counterattack to Microsoft’s OpenAi Chat GPT. Amazon is targeting the exponentiation of the use of its own AI models, as well as others in order to target a wide range of companies.

Amazon Bedrock, the new service will allow access to pre-trained foundational models in images and text. These are accessible by a customary Application Programming Interface (API).

Amazon’s model, named Titan will be available soon, as well as other models from AI21 Labs, Anthropic, and Stability AI.
